The history of Bartholet Maschinenbau AG in Flums begins as a one-man business and is characterised by constant growth. On closer inspection, it becomes clear what lies behind this success story: a Swiss family business that is deeply rooted in the region and is constantly evolving.
Anton Bartholet, the founder and father of Roland Bartholet. The small workshop gradually grew into a large production company. Continuous growth with additional business partners led to the current structure in 1997 with around 450 employees in eleven workshops at the Flums site under the management of Roland Bartholet in the second generation. Today, Bartholet has a state-of-the-art infrastructure and can draw on a wide range of products and experience.
