RopeTwin project in Rodi

The small Rodi-Tremorgio cable car, which connects the valley with the famous Lago Tremorgio fishing lake, is currently being renovated.

The station buildings will be retained. The entire technology and control system will be completely renewed.

The two existing lattice towers will be replaced by a single spectacular round-tube tower, 42 m in hight, dividing the line into two sections, each around 650 m long.

The mountain station, which can only be reached by helicopter, presents a variety of challenges throughout the entire construction period.
