Opening at Shao Hua Mountain

Our new ropeway at Shao Hua Mountain is now officially in operation, offering guests a comfortable and memorable experience.
The system can carry up to 1,500 passengers per hour, covers almost three kilometers, and climbs 820 meters in elevation. With a rope diameter of 57mm and towers over 50 metres high, the project was a major technical and logistical challenge. Construction took nearly four years due to the difficult terrain and complex conditions.

One special feature: the highest point of the ropeway is not the top station. The line crosses over a mountain ridge, while the station is located about 200 meters below this peak. For safety, five rescue lines are installed along the route to allow evacuation even in the most difficult terrain.
In the past, the historic temples in this area could only be reached after several hours of demanding hiking. Now, visitors can get there in less than ten minutes by ropeway.
