With the procurement and commissioning of the new laser machine from Bystronic Laser AG for the production of ropeway components, Bartholet Maschinenbau AG is investing in an energy-saving machine park.
The new ByStar Fiber 4020 Dynamic Edition F15000 has an improved cutting quality thanks to the 15kW laser power. As a result, productivity can be greatly increased. The high-speed cutting of mild steel and stainless steel sheets from 4 mm to 25 mm plus shorter piercing times enable massively faster workflows.
Another advantage is the comparatively low operating costs compared to previous CO2 laser cutting systems. This further strengthens our Swiss production site.
This investment in the new laser technology significantly reduces energy consumption. Bartholet Maschinenbau AG is thus making an active contribution to climate protection.
