Greetings from the new gondola lift in San Domenico, Italy

The installation has been in operation since last winter. After the first season, the second expansion stage was implemented, and now the lift is ready for the winter season with increased transport capacity.

Covering a distance of 1.5 km and overcoming an elevation gain of 560 m, it can transport up to 1,800 passengers per hour.

The 40 modern 8-seater gondolas, designed by Studio F. A. Porsche – provide a fast and comfortable connection from the valley station (1,375 m) via the mid-station to the mountain station (1,935 m).

Thanks to extensive upgrades and enhanced lift capacity, reaching every altitude level of the ski area is now easier and more enjoyable than ever.
