"Gaston Express" officially opened in Le Corbier

The detachable 6-seater gondola lift "Gaston Express", named after Gaston Maulin, founder of one of the largest French ski resorts, is located in the fourth largest ski resort in Les Sybelles, France. Le Corbier, along with La Toussuire, Les Bottières, Saint Sorlin d'Arves, Saint Jean d'Arves and Saint Colomban des Villards, is part of the "six belles" mountain resort group and can certainly hold its own next to the neighboring mega-ski resort of Les 3 Vallées in Savoie. Our Bartholet installation "Gaston Express" was realized in 2020 in cooperation with the French ropeway company "MND Ropeways" within 5 months and was finally inaugurated on March 5, 2022 due to the pandemic. A total of 2400 people per hour can be transported to nearly 200 meters in altitude. Thanks to the practical connection of Les Sybelles and the Ouillon area, one can now experience new adventures on skis without any worries.
