Blackstone in operation after a record construction time of three weeks

On 23 July 2019, a fix clamped 4-seater chairlift was successfully put into operation in South Korea by the Swiss ropeway manufacturer Bartholet. The leisure resort Blackstone Belle Foret offers various leisure attractions and is located two hours south of the Korean capital Seoul. The chairlift was built along a new toboggan run and transports 1,300 passengers per hour. The engineers from Flums integrated a toboggan holder into the chairs, which automatically charges toboggans at the bottom station and transports them to the start of the run. The entire installation was fixed in a record time of only three weeks.
