Addition to the Porsche design family in Laoshan

Laoshan Mountain is located to the east of Qingdao on the coast of the Yellow Sea and is majestically surrounded by mountains. The new detachable 8-seater panorama gondola with glass floor in the "Design by Porsche Design Studio" with an inclined length of around 850 metres transports 2,000 people per hour up a panoramic mountain all year round. Within 3.5 minutes, the modern cable car climbs 220 metres in altitude at a speed of five metres per second. The lift is equipped with the Direct Drive, a low-noise, environmentally friendly high-performance direct drive.
