Aerial tramways are the ideal solution for overcoming even the most challenging terrain. Whether steep mountain slopes, deep gorges, or wide rope spans – aerial tramways provide access to remote locations that are difficult or impossible to reach with other means of transport.
Ropera®
Ropera sets new standards in performance, efficiency and low noise. All components have been specifically optimized to enable particularly quiet operation – ideal for cities, natural landscapes and noise-sensitive areas. Thanks to its modular design, Ropera offers maximum flexibility and individually customizable solutions for operators. The systems are environmentally friendly, durable for over 40 years, and up to 95 % recyclable. By operating with renewable energy, Ropera actively contributes to sustainable mobility.
Panorama Gondola
Bartholet, in collaboration with the Porsche Design Studio, developed the modern and comfortable panorama gondola in the «Design by Studio F. A. Porsche» series. Not only is the appearance of the panorama gondola unique, but the sense of space is also exceptional. Enjoy the view through the extra-large panoramic windows, available in either polycarbonate or safety glass.
Ropetaxi®
With the innovative Ropetaxi operating system, we are setting new standards. The development enables greater flexibility, autonomy, efficiency, sustainability and comfort.
The Ropetaxi operating system is a special version of a detachable monocable gondola. It builds on our proven ropeway technology and opens up a wide range of new possibilities.
Comfort Chair
Unique comfort and elegance characterize our chairlifts. Maximum smoothness is ensured by our modern suspension system. The ergonomically designed individual seats provide a truly exceptional ride experience. The Comfort Chair is also available in the exclusive «Design by Studio F.A. Porsche», which, thanks to its aerodynamic canopy, protects against weather and cold.
Direct Drive
As the name suggests, the Direct Drive stands for the electric direct drive. Conventional drive systems consist of a motor and gearbox. In the solution developed by Bartholet, power is transmitted directly to the drive sheave, eliminating the risk of gearbox failure and completely removing maintenance-intensive components such as the driveshaft and gearbox.

With a clear goal in mind, Bartholet, in collaboration with Studio F. A. Porsche, has developed unique vehicles. The focus was on creating a distinctive aesthetic added value for the ropeway operator.
