Fixed-grip 4-seater chairlift in Cheong Do, South Korea
The new fixed-grip 4-seater chairlift by Bartholet transports up to 900 people per hour to the starting point of the route. The ingenious feature: thanks to a dedicated device, the luges – a type of steerable sled – are automatically transported directly together with the chair. The adventure of the new luge track begins already during the ascent. The journey time of around 10 minutes allows visitors to fully enjoy the panoramic views. This new attraction adds another milestone to the tourism region. The area is not only known for its colourful light festivals, but also for traditional bullfighting. The new Bartholet chairlift is located directly next to the well-known bullring, where traditional bullfights are still held today.
