Precision Component Manufacturing

When we talk about large components at Bartholet, we mean truly large parts:

Large, larger, oversized components

With the 220-ton carousel lathe Bimatec Soraluce VTC-8000, we can machine turning parts up to 8 m in diameter, 3.5 m in height, and 90 t in weight—simultaneously using two machining units.

We mill and drill cubic workpieces up to 14 m in length and 3.6 m in height. Long holes up to 1.5 m deep can be made in aluminum blocks.

For rolling, we use a 3-roll profile bending machine capable of applying 220 bar pressure, allowing the bending of oversized profiles. Steel profiles up to 7 m in length and square sections up to 150 mm × 150 mm can be cold-bent with precision.
