The new Panoramabahn at Loser has been officially opened
We are pleased to announce that the Loser Panoramabahn has been successfully approved.
The modern 10-passenger panoramic gondola lift provides access to the Loser ski and hiking area in the Salzkammergut region of Austria. The installation replaces the former chairlifts. With a total investment of 30 million euros, the project represents a significant added value for the region, benefiting both winter and summer tourism.
The ropeway operates in two sections from the Loser Arena valley station via the Augst car park intermediate station to the Loser Alm mountain terminal, offering a fast and comfortable connection to the Loser plateau. Equipped with panoramic-view gondolas designed by Studio F. A. Porsche and a transport capacity of 1800 passengers per hour, the installation offers an impressive experience for all guests.
Thanks to the commitment of our team, this project was successfully completed and commissioned on schedule. We would also like to thank all partners involved who contributed to the realization of this project.
