Detachable 6-seater chairlift in Passo Tonale, Italy

Skiing almost all year round? Yes, it’s possible! The Tonale Pass between Trento and Lombardy guarantees snow even in autumn and late spring. The detachable 6-seater chairlift by Bartholet transports around 1800 people at a travel speed of 4 metres per second to an altitude of 2031.5 metres above sea level. Together with the Tonale Pass, the area around the Presena Glacier is part of the large ski circuit «Pontedilegno-Tonale».
