Project Update from Valais

Construction and installation work on the new detachable 6-seater chairlift Les Chottes – La Meina – Greppon Blanc continues to make steady progress.

The top and middle stations have already been largely assembled, and work is now focused on installing the station cladding. Construction of the garage building at the middle station is also taking shape, ahead of the installation of the technical equipment.

The next major milestone will be the assembly of the bottom station. At the same time, electrical wiring work at the top and middle stations will begin, along with preparations for the rope installation.

Spectacular support is coming from above: helicopters are transporting towers and other lift components into the alpine terrain and placing them precisely at their designated locations.
