State-of-the-Art Machining Centers

Bartholet operates an extensive machinery park, including advanced 5-axis CNC turning and milling centers for the processing of complex components. This enables the highest precision, as multiple machining operations can be performed on the same setup.

Loading is partially fully automated through multi-pallet carousel systems and robotic handling. This automated material supply, combined with machines featuring up to 180 tool stations, forms the foundation for 24-hour production and cost-effective manufacturing at our Swiss facility.
