FlemXpress – another milestone achieved

Last week, the rope for the fourth section, from Segneshütte to Nagens, was successfully spliced. Rope splicing in ropeway systems is a technique in which two rope ends are securely joined together. The individual wires are interwoven in such a way that the connection is as strong as the rope itself. This method ensures the safety and long-term durability of the ropeway installation.
