Construction Update from the Valais Alps – Lac des Vaux

The new 6-seater chairlift Lac des Vaux in the 4 Vallées ski area is replacing the former 2-seater installation – and construction work is progressing rapidly.

The new 6-seater chairlift Lac des Vaux is now taking further shape: the towers have been successfully installed by helicopter. While helicopter operations may appear dangerous to observers, they are part of everyday work for the teams on site. We place our full trust in our employees. The rope splicing was also completed flawlessly.
