Our Apprentices – Our Future

Our goal is to empower young people to become future entrepreneurs

Currently, more than 30 apprentices are completing their demanding training to become highly sought-after professionals. These technical careers, with excellent future prospects, are also very appealing to young women. Bartholet offers all apprentices a follow-up position after completing their training. Under the leadership of Alessandro Borghi, 150 apprentices have graduated at Bartholet since 2005. In total, half of all graduates continue to work within the company.

Apprentice Workshop

In our modern apprentice workshop, our trainees not only learn their craft, but also develop a strong awareness of costs, as well as consistent adherence to deadlines and quality standards. In addition to acquiring the technical expertise and know-how required for their chosen profession, they also gain insights into the skill areas of other professions within our company. For this purpose, an annual rotation plan is created, showing who works where and when.
